Food| fruit crumble
Hi! I absolutely love food and I can literally eat all day. I don’t know what’s up with me but I’m always hungry. Next to loving food I also really enjoy cooking and baking, so last Sunday I made a delicious fruit crumble. I got the idea from the book ‘model kitchen’ from Cesar Casier (which I can totally recommend, btw!) . I changed a few little details but most of the time I followed the recipe. I think it was really easy and it turned out really well.
You’ll need:
2 apples
2 cups of (frozen) raspberries
3 spoons of sugar
For the crumble:
200 gr of flour
2 cups of oatmeal
115gr of butter
1 spoon of orange juice
150gr of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
What to do:
Cut the apples in thin slices and put them on the bottom of your baking dish. The raspberries go on top of the apples. Then add three spoons of sugar to finish the base of your dessert. Next it’s time to make the crumble. Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients for the crumble and mix them. After you did that you can put the crumble on top of the apples and raspberries. Now all you have to do is put the whole dish in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 200°.
Add some vanilla ice cream and pomegranate as finishing touch et voila, c’est fini!
Please do try this at home and let me know how it worked out!
